Lauren Zeidan is an attorney with the firm’s business, wealth, estate, and tax planning, and litigation practices.

Lauren advises companies, investors, individuals, and families on transactional, estate planning, and civil litigation matters. Her business practice spans every stage of a company’s life cycle, from entity formation through exit, and her experience representing both companies and investors gives her valuable perspective on each side of a deal. She also helps clients develop estate plans that coordinate their personal and business interests, protect their assets, and transfer wealth efficiently. Her litigation practice focuses on business disputes and general civil matters.

Before joining Brothers Smith LLP, Lauren practiced corporate and securities law at an international law firm in San Francisco, where she represented emerging growth companies, public companies, and venture capital investors.

Lauren earned her J.D., cum laude, from UC Hastings (now UC Law San Francisco), where she was president of the Tech & Law Society and an editor of the Hastings Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, and is admitted to practice in California
