Bart Springel is a corporate and transactional attorney who provides general legal counsel to businesses and their owners on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and employment matters.

Prior to joining Brothers Smith, Mr. Springel practiced for many years at a large international law firm in New York City and at a general practice law firm in the East Bay.
