Lee Lueddemann is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer with extensive experience giving “big picture” IP advice to his clients. A registered patent attorney, Lee has a successful track record of prosecuting, protecting and defending patents, trademarks, and copyrights in the United States as well as internationally. Lee also helps his clients with privacy and data security policy and practice strategies and compliance.

Lee uses his industry knowledge of the unique needs of science and technology-based clients to craft and secure positions, policies, licenses and complex contracts and agreements to make IP assets work for the business. In the rapidly changing world of IP and privacy, Lee does not just get the work done, but understands the business needs of his clients and makes sure the strategies and agreements match up.

Lee Lueddemann earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The CIPP/US demonstrates a strong foundation in U.S. privacy laws, regulations and understanding of the legal requirements for the transfer of sensitive personal data to/from the U.S., the EU and other jurisdictions. He focuses his practice on patents, trademarks, copyrights, privacy and cybersecurity-related issues, and IP transactions to maximize opportunities while managing risks.

If a substantial part of your business is intellectual property, Lee is ideally situated to help you out.
