Tanner Brink graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 2002) and the University of San Diego School of Law (J.D., 2006), and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Mr. Brink joined the firm in 2017, most recently serving as Of Counsel at a national law firm, specializing in the defense of both local and national developers and homebuilders, as well as select subcontractors, in cases concerning breach of contract and/or claims for deficient construction. Mr. Brink’s current practice focuses primarily on real estate, business and commercial disputes, construction, title insurance, breach of contract, employment and estate litigation. His prior experience includes litigation involving business and commercial claims, professional liability, real estate, premises and general liability matters, hotel and casino related disputes, catastrophic injury, wine and golf industry litigation, as well as construction accidents and claims for deficient construction.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Brink worked for a number of years in residential home construction in Southern Oregon, where his father has been a general contractor and developer for over 35 years.
In 2015-2019, Mr. Brink was recognized as one of Northern California’s “Rising Stars” in the respected legal publication of Northern California Super Lawyers, which is reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys who are under 40 years old and have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
